In July, 2020 RFM team members take part in specialized international training “Effective Facilities Management Professional” conducted by Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (www.iwfm.org.uk ).
The course presented such global trends as:
“Managing FM Teams Across Borders” The training course explores the growing trend for organisations to manage, and procure facilities management at a continental or global level. It is examines the challenges of managing FM teams across borders, look at different models for doing so and then provide a step-by-step guide to managing a global FM team.

Sustainability: Ways of maintaining effective facilities operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), continuous improvement, problem solving, prevention measures and corrective actions
